Re: [BaadAssGremlins] 304 V8 block off plate questions

I have done that several times and had no problems. I like to tap the indide of the waterpump and use a pipe plug as I am not comfortable with the short lemgth of heaterhose with a chrome lug nut and a hose clamp. LOL

Hi Eddie,

Would you know if u can delete the heater on a 304 V8? I would like to block off the outlet at the back of the intake manifold and also block off the inlet at the water pump. Will the normal flow of coolant be affected if I do this? Will there be a lot of pressure where the outlet is blocked off?

Thank you!
