Re: [BaadAssGremlins] Re: Question about wheels for 1978 Gremlin

I believe A body mopar small bolt pattern changed in 1973 to the standard 4 1/2 bolt pattern on b, c, e, f, j, m and 2wd trucks up to 1984 and 4wd trucks till 1978.

I don't know what year Mopar changed the bolt pattern to a bigger normal size, maybe 73 but my 71 plymouth duster had small bolt pattern rally's that will not fit my gremlin.I believe all the A body mopars had this small pattern until a certain year.

What state do you live in ? I know where you can get a set of AMC magnum 500s reasonable in Va. they are the painted style with driver quality trim rings and centers.

Terry,

I haven't yet created a new grill. Got sidetracked recently by having the Gremlin painted. Having it look so shiny and new points out how awful the old rusty rims are. So I'm focused on finding either hub caps or new rims.

I really like Mopar Magnum 500 wheels but don't know if they fit a 78.
