Sigh. Almost seems like Iococca in charge again. What may be last, THE last, remnants of American Motors goes up for auction, liquidation 12.6-8-2011.

cylinder head line, crankshaft line, connecting rod and camshaft line, millions of dollars in equipment. I personally like the sheetmetal forming machines and punches, wonder if some of that could be used to punch out 68-70 AMX & Javelin sheelmetal like hoods and fenders? Probably not.

 

Seeing all this stuff liquidated sure brings back some powerful and nostalgic memories.
