I think we should go back to 11" tires on the gremlin as I feel the 14x32" takes too much power to turn on the top end.

Clearly the venerable 14 inch is the problem.  I think your solution is the correct one.

Really 14 inch tires are now dangerous. I am going to take mine off my Gremlin tomorrow. I am going to get some of those 25 inch rims with the 2 inch piece of rubber they call tires on them. I know that will be much safer.
