[BaadAssGremlins] Water Pump Pulley Spacer

Did i just buy an out of spec water pump(CAT)? or are there different pulleys that are only a 1/16 in off?  

My crankshaft and P/S pulley are perfectly aligned but when I installed the water pump/fan pulley it needs a 1/16 spacer to perfectly align it.
