If you were using all OEM parts, yes.  But with all the aftermarket stuff you've got, maybe not.  I know it would fit on my Gremmie as it is a factory V-8 standard shift car. I only say this because I'm not sure the Bulltear system puts the V-8 in exactly the original location (could be off 1/2" or so) and the added height of the airgap manfold might be a problem too. Would the sc360 hood w/scoop and air cleaner fit a 1970 Grem w/a 401? I'm just not using an original v8 crossmember, but a Bulltear motor mount system w/a 6cyl crossmember. Of course, I'm not using the stock intake (Edel Performer RPM AirGap).
