The AM/FM/CB radios were made by Mitsubushi for AMC....AMC never made their
own radios, others included Kraco, RCA, Motorola to name a number of suppliers
of radios for AMC. I just took these photos a few minutes ago, here is a 78
Concord AMX with AM/FM/CB, whicl a close up of a Group 15 Accessory AM/FM/CB for
Matador is shown. Same radio, same part number all the way across board for all
AMCs. Neat item if you can ever find one, be sure to get splitter and antenna if
possible, the mikes have little AMC logo also. Sometimes they pop up on ebay for
about $250-$300 which is what they cost new in 1970s!
One of the more desirable items one could add to their classic AMC though.
