There will be other meets in area in same time frame as can only shove X amount of meets in 3 months of summer (up there, summer here in Texas is April thru October interrupted by hurricane season) but probably other meets you can check out if staying more than week:

good luck, and suggestion would be to find shipper in area of the AMO meet so you can buy stuff, and ship it back to yourself down under unless you carrying it on plane back.

Looking to come over from Australia to the AMO meet in August. Apart from the Woodward Cruise, is there anything else happening say 1 week before and 1 week after ? Staying at the meet hotel during the show, possibly outside Detroit week before/after.

Could also be in PA too. No final plans until we know (2 of us) what's on where.

Cars:- me; 1974 Gremlin X Levis, 64 American convertible, 70 Jav. Brother:- 74 Hornet hatch, 69 AMX, 75 Sportabout.

Any wrecking yards that can be recommended ?
