AMC front disk brakes......

If you are looking for factory disk brakes the best is the 82-83 Spirit 
.. next best is 79-81 Spirit....the shocks have no bearing on the brakes 
.. you just need to get all the parts including the spindle's.....for me 
the 3rd best is the mid 70's Hornet disk brakes.....I have 82/83 Spirit 
disk brakes on my 74 Gremlin race car and 76 Hornet disk brakes on my 73 
Matador HT.....

I used the Scarebird bracket and parts kit on my 69 AMX mainly to save 
weight.....
