[BaadAssGremlins] Re: 5/16 feeding 400hp

I believe they throw an inline ballast and lower the voltage at the coil.. I had like 9.63v a few weeks ago.. I thought the same thing..
After some research I believe 12v should going to the ignition module but not from...

Well I was timing my car and my Eqques 5863? went South.. SO i had to buy another timing light. Anyhoo's the timing is now at 36@ 2500 RPM
..I have a new miss now... this happened last night when my ignition module was failing..

So my new plan is

Change intake manifold gasket...
In my off time try to trouble shoot why my module didnt like my TFI COIL.. Then I would like to but the TFI stuff back on and then remove my headers change my plugs add the NEW NGKs already gapped at .044 which should be adequate for the TFI..

If i cant figure out why my TFI install didnt go well.. then I will still remove headers and exam ALl my plugs since i have a miss..

Then hopefully start it back up ,get it running without a miss.. and then adjust the valves.

I am a little tempted to pitch the Duraspark for HEI but that is one ugly distributor. I may trade a virtually new Holly 770 for a DUI setup... My holley was only on the car for maybe 30 minutes running time.. Since it didnt fix the problem I took it back off..

My gremmy doesnt seam top have that problem.. Anyway if i can get it to start again. I will adjust the valves... If that doesnt work i am done..
