Re: [BaadAssGremlins] Re: Gremlin almost done, need wheel advice

I am looking at a few on ebay.... The price of the summits are great but I definitly don't want heavier wheels.

Davis. I'm not positive on the weight..but Summit brand wheels are not bad at all! Espically for the $$$$. I put a pair with M/T drag radials on my "other" car and they look/fit well! Joe--- In BaadAssGremlins@ yahoogroups. com, Davis Martin <martin-davis@ ...> wrote:

What a deal! We are running Weld 15x14s on the rear and summit 15x4 on the front of a 74 Gremlin X. Looks great together.

I have a fresh 401 that just put 303HP/335LB at the wheels on the dyno and the car looks exactly like the magazine ad for 1972 (purple w/gold stripes). Even though I love the sleeper look with the stock wheels I want to get a nice set of Weld Racing wheels to make it look just like this..
