After hearing what happen to you, I sure I will never deal with them again. I bought 4 brake Caliper from them, 2 for my 82 Concord set-up on the front of my Gremlin, and these only have a $5.00 core each, But I also got 2 for my 9" Ford from a Linclon Versailles and the core on these are $30.00 each, so that a lot of money.
There prices are good, but not good enought to put up with their bad service.

I order some disc brakes parts from them in April and it took 4 weeks to get my order, and when it arrived, it was short the Rotors. Now I have spent the last 3 weeks trying to get the info,I need so I can return the caliper and get my Core Depoist back.
If you call them, plan on being on hold for at least 1/2 hour, and than the customer service rep is very rude.
After the last 7 weeks, I would recommend that it is not worth deal with these people
