Hey if anyone looking for a new Challenger they have them here in Houston advertised for $24,000. Not that those are flying off shelves. As for the rims, yup, those don't do anything for me and would probably end up in bayou behind my house with Borg Warner M12 boat anchor trannies and pieces of junk 1965 thru 1971 Bendix 4 piston calipers, so would create 'habitat' for the big snapping turtles. Can't buy back youth. Hmmm.....maybe not with the current stuff being passed off rebadged by many automakers I guess. I remember a few years ago there was something called Nova in 1980s(?) but if you have ever kicked a chihuahua in ass and it's back legs and butt in air while walking still on front legs, sort of reminded me of that dinky Nova.

Got a salesman mad at me last week while looking at the new Challenger. Told him to get rid of those idiotic 20's and put some real rims and tires on it and he would have a good looking car.

My 1st car was a 63 Impala 2dr HT with a 283 (lusted for a 409 of course) so I can relate.  Hope they recover the car AFTER the god-awful rims are sold though!    What is with these circus clown 22/+ rims now?  There is a 2000ish LaSabre painted in that Mitsubishi green/yellow Citrus Puss Metallic from a few years back that sits higher than my Wrangler that makes me vaguely nauseaous each time it waddles by.  Guess Im just an old geezer who is out of touch (and staying there!)
