Yeah Eddie I think that is the company I was talking about.
I got sucked in.
I know of 2 360 Gremmys here in Maine, and rumors of some more
Only 2 Sportabouts I know of on the roads But I have found parts in junkyards.
By the way I know someone here in Maine looking for a nice fairly solid Gremmy . He is willing to pay shipping as well.
He has a 360 from an Ambassador wagon he wants to drop in one.
If anyone knows of one. I will look for his number......

I'm in the central valley of California (east of SF) and have 1 car (78/258auto2V) . In a little over a year of owning it I have come across only one other in the area and it was parked For Sale. Additionally, I ran across an Eagle Kammback up in Murphys CA (Sierra Gold Rush area) which was a trashed daily driver. I think AMC was very weak out here since CA has always had a high percentage of sales of "Imports". Eagles seemed to be the exception, especially wagons and they are still seen as daily drivers relatively often.
Eddie's comment about Gremlins "not being well built surprised me. I had no idea about them not being rust-proofed at the factory like Hornets and wondered what other differences there could be since they are mostly a chopped Hornet.
