Don't be bashful asking for the money up front. I do and people that sell to me that don't know me do too. Only time I have no problem if it is someone I know or have done businesses with in the past. When I bought the front end parts from Alamo AMC he didn't take credit cards so I had to send him a postal money order before he would send out the parts AJ is good people but a savvy businessman. There might be a problem shipping used gas tanks even if they are cleaned out.
