You know, as long as I have been doing this, I have only seen one real Hornet Rallye, and it was at a national AMC meet in 1980(?), possibly 84. This is a neat looking clone and they did a good job, good to see some AMC's done up like this. Like the SC/360 a year before, AMC didn't spend too much money, or thought, advertising the Rallye, or the SC/360, and no one seems to know why. There is a nice looking photo of a real Rallye X on Arcticboys.site from a brochure: http://www.arcticboy.com/media/hornet/Hornetxgold72.jpeg Eddie Stakes 713.464.8825 eddiestakes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx www.planethoustonamx.com email volume HEAVY reply currently 8-19 days, just call! ----- Original Message ----- From: "rebade1" <rebade1@xxxxxxxxx> To: <BaadAssGremlins@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, August 30, 2008 10:32 PM Subject: [BaadAssGremlins] 72 Hornet RallyX in CA on Ebait > Kind of neat what he has done with the car and engine, etc. Ebait Item > number 230284695534.
