Bill in my yellow 74 Hornet which I bought new  has a grill that was only on a car for 10 years and is like new. It sat in my garage for over 15 years, a neighbor scrapped his 74 Hornet in 84. So when I  restored grill for my orange 74 has something to compare to. It's looks fine to me and you can ask the other members of the group what a pain I am on detail.
