Re: Fw: [BaadAssGremlins] Fw: Car is done but slow off the line also engine noise start up

When you installed the engine was the engine fresh-or had it been run in on a dyno? If it was fresh how did you break in the cam. There have been a lot of problems the last few years with cams wiping a lobe or lobes when not run in properly[1800-2000 rpm ]for first 20 minutes or so.The noise and the lack of inital oiling does worry me some.

How about the lifter clater at start up.  Is that caused by any of the oiling stuff or the oiling bypass part from bulltear? Or is it a defective cam or lifters?
