Joe...
I have one on the 401 in the Gremlin.....I had my rotating assembly 
balanced  with it....but the two should be
the same....most of the time the flexplate balance is not changed when 
the assembly is balanced so you can change
it if needed in the future and not get the engine rebalanced....
