To begin with, it is not a EIF (Electron Fuel Injection) this is a Mechanical Fuel Injection unit. You would need the mechanical fuel pump for this set-up. Most of them are engine driven and mount on the front of the engine and are connect to the cam shaft. This is not a set-up that you would want to run on the street because they need to be hand primed everytime time you want to start the engine. In the dicscription, the seller states that you could switch it over the EIF to make it streetable, but I'm not sure what that would involved. I would go to Enderle web site and see what they say.
