Well its there! LOL!  Its on All of them.   Its in the below pic with the single wire going into it.
 
Some GM cars Actuated it with a switch on the accelerator pedal and some of them had a switch on the carb linkage.  They both did the same thing. Send a Signal to Actuate the switch on the side of the tranny case.  
 
  This has the lokar box installed.  Don't pay attention to the gold lever on the left that's the Gear selector linkage.  The Cable is just running up behind it.   Some of the kick-down switches have two connectors but the Lokar instructions show you how to hook it up with that style switch.
