Thanks to everyone that responded to my dilemma. I have the correct steel braces coming on Tuesday & should have the eng settled into it's new home by this weekend. Unfotuately, I don't have loads of time each weekend to work on it as I do DJ services on the weekends for the local car shows in Jacksonville, Fl. Should have it running by the first of the year. Still have to get the driveshaft cut to fit, headers on & the eng wiring extended to fit the V8. Again, thanks to all that hlped with their suggestions. I'll send pics as progress is being made. Looking forward to seeing pics of your Gremlin.Good luck with the engine
