For what it is worth, 2% of a run of a vehicle by Playing Mantis is White Lightnings. Some are subtle things like white bottom, or white rims, some have only white interiors, others have white lightning on the tires. So if the 'run' is 10,000 Gremlins, eh, ya'll do the math.

Quite a find, some of the White Lightnings easily fetch over $30, some sail over $100.
