With Jeff, it is sometimes a FEMA line. I ordered stuff myself a few weeks ago. The problem is he is simply buried. So like standing at driver license bureau or soviet bread line, one has to get in line. So I'm in line also. It is just Jeff, wife Bobbie and depending on school, sometimes little Jeff helps out. I may add this from own persective however, with me, same deal however only wished wife and kids would help out! It's 20-50 emails a day, countless phone calls, I do the crating, boxing, shipping, calls, clean urinal, kids barf, even have time to claim I might be the father of Anna Nicole's baby. It is sometimes difficult to get ahold of me, and rarely will one catch me on weekends or at nights when I work the club. I do reply to all emails, but if you notice my signature below, it changes depending on how busy, and right now, there is a 8 to 19 day reply time by email, so more like soviet bread line in New Orleans! Jeff is difficult to get by phone, and always has been. Even for me with AMC logoed Bat Phone. My suggestion would be to keep trying to call Jeff however, and if do you get ahold of him, just ask him for status of order placed on X date. Jeff is a up front guy and honest as the day is long.
