| Guys and gals. The problem is simple here. First,
everyone assumes a cashiers check is automatically good. It is not, and forgers
have gotten super sophisiticated in making them, even with holograms! A bank
will not, repeat, NOT, tell you if it is good or not. You can cash it, you can
deposit it, and in the case below, two weeks later YOU and only you, will be
responsible to pay back the bank when it comes back as no good. Certified
checks? Same shit. Some of you remember the official check my wife Paige got for
$4500 last year, hell, I even used that in my 68 piece of dung AMX auction, and
a photo of the check was in there. The scammers have gotten really good at their game.
Whether it is on ebay, or hitting cars for sale websites going down the line
phishing for one sucker who will take the bait. The emails, like the one Charles
got below, have gotten more 'generic'. Why? Simple. They fly under the radar of
whatever server they are using. For instance, if the scammer sent him the
'compliments of my ass' email below with what you see below, unaltered, it looks
very legit. It don't ask for 'specifics' or key words that would trigger their
account getting shut down. However! It DOES have two big red flags. One is the
instantly tell you how THEY want to pay. The other is LAST PRICE on it. Big
scammer terms! Charles, if you wish to email me their original
email, I can shut them down really quickly. Assholes like that you do not give
benefit of doubt, they are NOT your friends, and they are only looking to screw
someone, whether it is you, me, anyone who will fall for their line of
crap. Eddie Stakes' Planet Houston AMX 713.464.8825 eddiestakes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx www.planethoustonamx.com Email is currently HEAVY 5-12 day reply times, call if important __._,_.___
