Then it isn't a 79 lincoln Versille. Every one I have ever seen had leafsprings.

 But it still won't be a hard wap if you can weld. All you have to do is buy a set of spring pads and set the rear where you want it and weld them on. If it is too much for you you may be able to get a welder to do it for ya for under 100 bucks.
