This depends on the rechromer. The ones the fellow sent to me from
Alabama...from the time they arrived, and me driving with kids to east side of
Houston to drop them off, to the time they were ready and me shipipng them out
was about 21 days. Paige is shown here showing off her 35dd bumpers before it
was shipped, the chrome one, not hers, to Bama. Roll Tide!

How long might I expect the bumper to be gone? I do have an extra
front bumper I can bolt on while mine is out. BTW, I purchased my
front bumper from the "bumper boyz". Before any group member buys
from them, ask me about that nightmare!
Hi Charlie, good to hear you are battling back. No, they don't have
cores, not even for newer stuff like 1990s. There is a place called 'the
bumper boyz' that might have cores, but I don't think they would have
anything for AMC. Possibly your best bet on this would be contacting the AMC
chapters in your area. I believe there is a AMC meet coming up shortly with
Potomac Rambler club, might be a excellent way to get out and about, enjoy a
meet and talk to folks to see who fellow AMCers would recommend, that way
you can take the bumper to a area place, with possibly 2-3 week
turnaround.
