ON the way back from Lew Brown's auction Saturday in Orbisonia, PA, we stopped over in Hagarstown, MD at a bookstore I knew of, and lucked into a book published in '69, it was an unusual title, I pulled the book out, looked at the cover , and went Wow! Has an unpainted AMX on the cover, on the assembly line. Inside, it's mostly Javelin and some AMX, with Rebel, American cars here and there. But some awesome interior factory shots of the '68 or '69 period. All Black and White photography, except for the cover. They even have some photos of the autoloader trains with AMCs on them, and the train yard, loading AMCs. Since I love trains too, this is one sweet find! Fairly thin book, about 30 pages of good quality old photos and captions. Jerry Casper __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
