Speaking of Eagles...and SX/4s....I was outside planting on the side of my 
house today and a wrecker driver stopped, flipped on his emergency lights 
and said 'you the guy who used to live in apartments in southwest Houston?' 
of whihc I said 'yup'. He said around the corner from me at a storage lot 
they have a Eagle two door. 99% of the time the cars left unclaimed, go to 
pick a part. Don't matter, as here they send you a registered letter, and 
you have 30 days to reply before they auction off the car. So I'll be going 
around the corner to see if this is indeed a Eagle SX/4 and see if I can 
possibly save it. Sometimes however the yard wants to make some money back. 
For instance it is about $85 when a car is towed and about $15 a day the car 
is in storage so if a car has been there a month, they will try to get over 
$500 for it. On the other hand, if something of no interest and scrap 
weight, still over $200, so I'll let everyone know what all it is, the 
wrecker driver liked my Eagles and that is what got him to stop.

And you are correct, two door Eagles are seldom seen, so quite a treat to 
possibly see three for sale at once. 1980 Eagle's to me at least are the 
rarest, and rarely see them at meets. Happy hunting,
