[BaadAssGremlins] Guess I gotta fix my dash. Cracked plastic.... Advice?

Ive seen the Cracked headlight trim thread but i thought I would though 
this out..

My dash is cracked around the dash speaker and it goes to the defrost 
vent.


Its not missing peices the thank the lord.   I'd like to just patch it 
up from the back side and reinforce it.

Ive used expoxy before on plastic but it doesnt seem like it ever works 
out for me.  Ive sanded and cleaned but its always pulled off.

Maybe I just used the wrong stuff huh? LOL!

Im all ears... Gimme your input...
