A year and a half ago, on the advice of my sister who is a software
engineer, I bought a Macintosh. I had heard all the arguments about more
software for PC, PC is the standard, there's no software for Mac, etc. but
being an AMC kind of guy, I thought who the hell cares what everybody else
uses. It is an iMac--everything is in one unit. Everything is wireless, even
the mouse and keyboard. My old PC, monitor, speakers, printer, etc had more
snarled cables and connections than my 1984 Eagle has hoses under the hood.
It came with a bunch of great software for digital photos. IT HAS NOT FROZEN
UP EVEN ONCE, and has been running full time except during a power outage
last summer.
