Re: [BaadAssGremlins] Nationals

Terry, I'm not sure about all your questions but, the difference between driver class and not driver is. Did you drive it all the way from your home to the show or trailer it to the hotel and then drive it on the show field. This has been a thorn for most of us. It never seemed 'right' to me for someone to pull his enclosed trailer up next to me, drop the back door start up his car let it idle for ten min. park next to me and then be judged in the same class as me when I just drove 600 miles to the show. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy those cars too, but don't use the same judging criteria on each. There's no way you can drive 600 miles and not expect something 'normal' to happen. Nothing like driving thru a thunderstorm on an Interstate to give a whole new meaning to "detailing' your car.  Gary 'The Mix'

I was looking at the registration form and have a couple of questions. I know
you guys can answer. Am I right to guess that the $10 is to have your car at
the show and other $15 is to have it judged. So it really cost $25 to enter
your car right. On the back it list the AMO classes. This one has me stumped.
It list AMC stock- AMC non stock, driver, and display. What do they consider
stock and non-stock. I always think as mine as stock but technically it isn't.
It has an aftermarket luggage rack, air foil, and mirrors on it. Then if you
put different seats in it and a paint job. I am wondering what do they consider
a driver too. I know dumb questions.
