What they did is a Class C Misdemeanor here in Texas, and
while we
won't give you the needle in Huntsvill for it, it is still
punishable
by a 'up to' 6 months in jail and $500 fine, or both. Usually

probation, however, they also have to pay restitution to whoever

screwed with, and sometimes also get 'community service'
nothing
better than to see the assholes out on the side of I-10 in 140
degree
heat in the summer wearing orange jumpsuits with HARRIS COUNTY on

back of them, picking up cigarette butts while traffic crawls
by
choking them with ozone. Good time to pull over and drop in
aoms
trannie fluid in your carb before you get to them and let it burn

like a massive cloud of Batgas as you pass them.
