[BaadAssGremlins] Torker intake questions

I noticed this Torker intake on E-bay and was wondering, as it listed 
it as non-EGR. Weren't they all this way? E-bay Item 4597710191 
applies. I know Eddie sold one a while ago on Evil Bay and I know it 
had a lot more to it than this one. Yet the price is over $150 for this 
one when a similar one went for just $102. Eddies had more to it than 
either of them. Wouldn't you need the baffles and all that stuff?
