While my guess it would be a broken cord in a tire, you probably couldn't see 
it, I have seen bearings with flat spots in them that give off thumping 
noises.

there is somthing in the rear tire but its just a clump of dirt that i know and its not that, its almost constant and faster when speeding up

Bearing don't usually go "thump, thump, thump". Does it remain constant or does it seed up as the car goes faster? Does it only thump when it's rolling?
 
There may be a busted cord in an old tire causing the thump.
