[BaadAssGremlins] Electronic Ignition Conversion

I meant to include this question with the one about
the electric cooling fan but as soon as I sat down at
my PC, my mind totally went blank on it! 

Anyway, what is the best way to convert my 72 232 six
over to electronic ignition?  That an easy and
economical thing to do?  Where would I find a resource
for that?
