[BaadAssGremlins] re:Vinyl Roof

Upon further inspection of the picture of the Vinyl-topped Gremlin on
Arctic Boy's site, I wonder if this is even a real car!! I don't know
if any of you has looked at the original brochures from AMC in the 70s
but most of them had paintings of cars placed on real photographs
rather than shots of the actual cars. If you don't believe me, take a
look at the '73 Brochure for the Gremlin., If you look real closely,
you will see that you are not really looking at an actual car--rather
you are looking at a well done painting of a car. The reason why I
doubt that the promotional "photo" of the Vinyl topped Gremlin is real
is the fact that the drip molding appears to be one piece that goes
around the back of the car. If this was really the case, how would the
water drain? It looks to me like it would just collect at the back of
the roof until it overflowed. That just doesn't make any sense.
