Hi Terry,
This was a factory option in '73. There were very few that were sold with it though. I have 
seen one other Gremlin with a Vinyl top in Phoenix at a Cactus Cruisers Meet. I think it was 
only available in '73(at least according to the American Motors Standard Catalog.
