Ok, here's a question...once you RINSE it off with water, and let it
AIR dry...you get some slight surface rust, usually. Do you just paint
over it? Or try to wire-brush that slight surface rust all over? It's
points like this that drive me crazy, cause how can you rinse off a
steel part and NOT get rust forming on it ( in a humid state like
Virginia, anyway ), and not do something about it? Doesn't matter?
