|   Looks to me he maybe built it with future 
modding in mind. The description sez built for 10-second 
capability. So the real question is...why spend money over and 
over to keep  upgrading the car as speed increases? Build 
it for 10s even  tho it's in the 13s. When the drivetrain 
catches up, no money was wasted earlier on 13-second parts. 
:)   I'll grant the scoop is ridiculous over a 5
