well the cars been sitting in a field for 3 years and when i open rad cap i see bunch of brown shit in coolent, and no im not overheating

First...WHY are you wanting to 'flush' it?...

if you just wanna change the fluid...do as Bart said...but if you're
having overheating probs...you need to take your car (or just the
rad) to a rad. shop to be BACK flushed...gets all the lime and
mineral deposits unstuck and usually washed out...you can also get
yer rad boiled out to clean the core from all the crap that can get
in the cooling sys...

also when you refill be sure to use DISTILLED water...otherwise yer
just puttin all that crap back into your cooling system...
