Bill I have never heard of the product you mention and checked their site. Being a spray product has advantages over Dynamat in that it would be easier to use it in the doors and quarter panels. I am only using the regular Dynamat it in the roof on the orange Hornet. The floors will get the normal stock insulation that comes on the bottom of the carpet. This car will be a daily driver. The yellow car will eventually get a V8 so I used the silver on the pass compartment on the floor and the regular in the roof and hatch area. "Doc" ------------------------ Yahoo! Thanks for the info. I saw another website on some
guys restoration of his Hornet and he was using the
silver Dynamat.
Based on your comments, I was browsing the web for
info on Dynamat and came across another site for a
spray on material called Quiet Coat.
http://www.quietcoat.com/ (and no, I'm not promoting
them!) ;-)
Like I said, I want QUIET, or as close to it as I can
get. The website makes a logical case for it's sound
deadening characteristics. I've got a compresser so
it sounds easy. Ever hear of it?
Anyone use this type of stuff before?
