Lu I don't think the tanks are the same. I just got a new late Hornet/Concord/Eagle tank for the orange Hornet from my local auto parts store a few months back. It was pricy though. They might still make one for the Gremlin and it might possibly be the same tank as a Spirit. Wasent there a Spirit version of the Gremlin? I can't think of the name of it. Was it a Kammback? Any how I would check it out at your local auto parts store. If they can't help you let me know and I will and I will call my guy up and find out for you. He has been getting me all the AMC parts I have needed for the last 6-7 years. There is nothing like a new tank. I tried one of those cleaner/sealer kits from Eastwood 7 years ago on the yellow car and it didn't work so that's when I installed the new tank in that car. I think Kennedy American has NOS senders. I got one for the orange car from him, 89$ a bit pricy but I figured I might as well go for it. "Doc" ------------------------ Yahoo! Are the Gremlin and Hornet gas tanks interchangeable? If so, for what
years? If not, where can I find a new Gremlin tank? Thanks. ~Lu~
