The charger that charges mine is just a 15 volt wall wart that has a plug on it that plugs into the cigarette hole on the battery. Mine has the jumper cables on and a cigarette lighter plug that you plug 12 volt appliances into. It doesn't have the inverter built in it so you can't run any 110 volts things with it. I have had it about 4 years now and haven't used it very much to jump cars but that thing will stay charged for months at a time when it is not in use.
