Rick,
The antenna on my 78 worked fine with the AM/FM radio
I put in. I can pick up FM stations with it. Perhaps
yours is also set up to work with both?
But yeah, commercial-free music (with no subscription
fee!) is awesome.

I have been toying with the idea of using an iPod for
music in my
Gremlin. My
72 also came with an AM only radio and I don't want to
run an antenna.
My
thought was to install the factory AM and hide
everything I would need
for the
music playing off an iPod. It would be nice listening
to all oldies and
no
commercials.
Rick
