Hmm....that's interesting. But then, I'm no engine builder. I may have the explanation stored goofy in the noggin. Others will better know what I was trying to say. Perhaps those being GROSS numbers, the parity changes when they go NET (installed in the car)? Just guessing there. Nothing to do with bias....just can't give a proper explanation of the difference.
