Re: Military Service



I have been on SS disabilty since 1992. Medicare/ AARP supliment
insurance and VA 7$ perscriptiond keep me going along with the wife
works and up until 2 years ago I did some side work. In fact when I was
out today I saw one of the trucks I worked on for a friend. We live ok
as things are.

Yes Doc I am a retired USAF vet, the pay check once a month is ALL that we get as we now have to pay if we want Hospitalization(such as it is), and Wal-Mart beats the commissary and the BX/PX. But I have a great plan through the wife's work and I work in a high school computer lab(great holiday schedule and the summers off). Go home to the house my parents left me in PA every year and feel at home.

Well I did a short stretch in the Air Force from September 1966 until January 1987, then I gave it up .

What do you mean"almost too hot"? They would raise blisters starting in May until Sept.
