 1st welcome to the group lots of great people here. The grille I am affraid you will have to fix. They are not a common item. The side narker you should be able to find on ebay along with your carpet. For a ood quality carpet you could try a few of the vendors listed on  Planethoustonamx.com  Eddie Stakes sight. Congrats on scoring a lo mile rare car.

 Post some pics of it in the pic section.
