Thanks! I am excited about the find. Glad I decided on AMC after
all...will be easier to hold my head up at the 2005 show (Atlanta -
yessssssss!).
The drive shaft - well, I figured the one that is on the 232 may not
bolt up to the 360 trans, so thought I better grab the 360 drive
shaft too while I was at it. Yep, will probably have to shorten it,
the Matador is one long tuna boat! -Lu-

It is a 360 V8 from a 1976 Matador Barcelona. I am going to get the
entire engine, transmission & drive shaft. Plus 2 doors off the blue
1976 Gremlin. All this for $400. Sound like a good deal? The junkyard
owner guaranteed it to be a buildable block or will refund my money.
