Hey! I got my 'baby' home today! Had to spend 1 hr. getting the drum off the brake shoes on the rear left side (LOTS of Blaster, a BFH, and a pry bar). Then had to keep pumping up the rear tires until we got it winched up on the trailer. Journeyed 35 miles over back roads to town. Re-inflated the tires again to off-load it in the yard, and rolled it next to the back porch area where I will be working on it. Only had time to scrub the fungus, mildew, and other black stuff off before hubby came home. Thank goodness it was dark outside when he saw it by porch light and didn't think it looked too bad! Next step is to clean out the interior and engine bay, readying it for engine removal. Whew! I think it's Miller Time!
